Joanna is the conductor of the London-based choral society, Constanza Chorus.  The choir is an amateur group of over 120 singers, which focuses on the great choral repertoire.  Recent performances include Purcell Dido and Aeneas, Handel Zadok the Priest, Messiah, Mozart Requiem and a CD recording of a cappella church music.

The Constanza Chorus has its own professional orchestra, the Constanza Consort, which comprises some of the top freelance orchestral players in the UK.  The orchestra mainly works as a period ensemble, playing authentic instruments but is available for performances on modern instruments too.

Joanna also conducts the Ince choir, a 20-strong amateur chamber choir and is the Director of Music at All Saints Church, Headley.  She has worked with the Surrey Mozart Players in a performance of Schubert Symphony Number 5.
